LandedBox is a free service operated by LEADGOAT LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 539 W. Commerce St #1964, Dallas, TX 75208 (“LandedBox”, “we”, “us”). When you send a request, we pass it to up to 5 sellers in your region, who send you their quotes. You compare them and choose one, or none. We don’t sell, rent or deliver containers and aren’t a party to any sale or rental: the seller you choose does that, on its own terms. These terms cover your use of this website and of our service.
1. The service
Our service is free for you. You tell us what you need and where it’s going; we choose up to 5 sellers in your region that we consider suited to your request and send it to them. You’re under no obligation to accept a quote.
2. Your request
Give accurate details: the container, the delivery ZIP code or address, and how to reach you. By sending a request, you ask us to share it, with your name, email, phone number and delivery details, with up to 5 sellers, so they can contact you about it by email or phone.
3. The sellers
Sellers are independent businesses, not our agents or employees. Before we send them requests, we check that they hold the business licenses and insurance their trade requires. We don’t control what they offer: the containers, their availability and condition, prices, delivery, guarantees and payment terms are theirs, and each seller is responsible for them.
4. Prices on this website
Prices shown on model pages are starting prices, updated weekly from what the sellers we track publish online; on a local depot page, “from” prices are set for that metro area. They’re a guide to what to expect. The price you pay, with delivery and sales tax, is the one in the quote you accept.
5. Your contract with a seller
If you accept a quote, you buy or rent from that seller under its terms, which its quote should set out: payment, delivery date and conditions, what you can refuse at delivery, guarantee, cancellation and returns. 6. Fees
We charge you nothing for our service.
7. Using this website
Use the website for your own requests, not to send requests in someone else’s name, collect data from it or disrupt it. The website’s content, design and data are ours or our licensors’; the price index data is published under the license stated on its page.
