What do you need?

  • Quotes for one container. Each model page lists this week’s starting price. Send a request from it, and up to 5 sellers in your region send you their delivered prices for your ZIP code. Start from all shipping containers or this week’s prices.
  • Several containers, a modification or a rental. The quote request asks for the details sellers need to price it.
  • A delivery question. Whether a truck can reach your spot and what the ground needs: site checklist. Still unsure? Email us a photo of the spot and of the way in.
  • A request you’ve already sent. Email [email protected] from the address you used, so we can find it.
  • Changing your mind. You don’t have to accept any quote. Once you’ve accepted one, cancelling is between you and that seller, under the terms in its quote.
  • A problem with a delivered container. Contact the seller named in your quote, as its terms set out, with the number painted on the container’s doors and photos of what’s wrong. You can tell us too, and we weigh it when we choose who gets future requests. If something goes wrong.

A quick reply usually needs four things:

  • your ZIP code, or the delivery address, since sellers’ delivered prices and dates depend on it;
  • the size, condition and number of containers, plus any door, vent or modification you have in mind;
  • when you need it;
  • what the spot is like: ground, slope, gate width, trees or wires overhead.

Our office

LandedBox is run by LEADGOAT LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, from an office at 539 W. Commerce St #1964, Dallas, TX 75208. The team there answers requests and questions by email and chooses the sellers who receive each request. It isn’t a depot, though: no containers are kept there, and the office doesn’t receive visitors. Containers are trucked from the depot of the seller you choose. Who we are and how we work: About LandedBox.

Is that message really from us?

Fake sellers sometimes borrow the name of a real business. LandedBox never asks you for a payment: you pay the seller you choose, as its quote sets out. If a message in our name asks you to pay us, don’t: forward it to [email protected] and we’ll tell you whether it’s ours. With any seller, the FTC warns against one that insists on a gift card, a money transfer service, a payment app or crypto, and the Better Business Bureau advises caution with full payment before delivery. Frequently asked questions

Can I call you?

Not for now: we work by email, so our answers reach you in writing. Write to [email protected] and you’ll hear back within one business day.

Can I visit your office or see a container first?

No. The Dallas office holds no containers and doesn’t receive visitors. Containers stay at the sellers’ depots until delivery: ask a seller whether you can see yours first, and check it on arrival against what its quote lets you refuse.

Do you cover my area?

Most likely: we take requests from all of the lower 48 and send each one to sellers that serve your area. Type your ZIP code on our delivery page to check your address.
