This policy covers what LEADGOAT LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that operates LandedBox, does with the personal information you give us through this website. In short: when you ask for quotes, we send your request and your contact details to up to 5 sellers in your region so they can quote you, and this website’s code sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools.
1. What we collect
- When you send a request: your name, email, phone number, delivery ZIP code and, if you give it, your delivery address; notes about site access; the containers, options, quantities and timing you choose; and anything you write in the details or access notes fields. For a rental, the size, term and start date you ask for.
- When you email us: what you write and attach.
- On your device only: the ZIP code you type in the delivery check is kept in your browser’s local storage so the request form can fill it in. It stays on your device unless you send a request.
We don’t take payment details: any payment is between you and the seller you choose.
2. How we use it
To choose up to 5 sellers in your region suited to your request and send it to them; to answer your messages, and to take your feedback on sellers into account when we choose who receives future requests; and to keep a record of the requests we’ve sent.
3. Who we share it with
- Up to 5 sellers matched to your request, who receive your request with your name, email, phone number and delivery details so they can quote you and contact you about it. They’re independent businesses; once they have your information, their own privacy policies apply to what they do with it.
- The service provider that handles our requests, and our email and hosting providers, which process requests, messages and technical logs on our behalf.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountant, or a public authority when the law requires it.

The sellers who receive your request, and LEADGOAT LLC, may contact you by email or phone about it.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website’s code sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party tracking scripts. The ZIP code kept in local storage (section 1) is the only thing stored on your device, and you can clear it with your browser’s site-data settings.
